Spybot Uninstall Help

Can anyone help please. I'm trying to uninstall Spybot search and destroy. I'm getting a warning that 'uninstallation file is in format not recognised by this version of the uninstaller.' Does anyone know of a way I can uninstall it.

Try installing it again. When installing it might give you the option to remove. If it does not actually re-install it and then try removing it afterwards.0

Thanks for help I've downloaded the newer version and decided to keep it on I must have had the older one on a long time.0

as part of installing the later version it will have unistalled the old version.
did you try and uninstall it via control panel, add/remove?smile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to....

yes I tried that first. As above I've decided to keep newer version on the other one didn't let me fix problems0
