New Landlord, Broken Fridge
[FONT="]Hi guys! I moved into my house for this year (a little bit wary, I'd never met any of my housemates for the year, one lived in the house last year and two are international students. Met them now though, they're all awesome) and the house itself isn't too bad, a little shabby here and there but on the whole…

Taking the maximum loan out?
Hi guys :) I'm starting Uni next year and don't expect to be needing a maintenance loan as I'm entitled to the full £2906 maintenance grant and a £3000 scholarship, and will be living at home.
