Mexican party food
I'm having a Mexican fiesta for my birthday (Cinco de Mayo!) and am struggling for ideas for buffet style food. Other than tortilla chips and guacamole can anyone come up with some suggestions? I would prefer finger food so don't want to make a chilli! Thanks.

My brother is VERY difficult to buy for and he is going to be 50 in April :beer: .
