Mexican party food

I'm having a Mexican fiesta for my birthday (Cinco de Mayo!) and am struggling for ideas for buffet style food.

Other than tortilla chips and guacamole can anyone come up with some suggestions?

I would prefer finger food so don't want to make a chilli!

Thanks.

Lots of ideas on this site such as buffalo wings, cajun nuts, hot cheesy nachos, tapas selection, wedges...

The fajitas would be great as you could have lots of different bowls of filling and salad stuff then everyone can create their own. Love mexican food so what date did you say the party was

Thanks for all the suggestions - I will definately do buffalo wings, spicy wedges and the cajun nuts. Am also going to order some platters of wraps as I don't want to stand there making my own. I will think about tacos as the filling can be prepared earlier and just kept warm. Would love fajitas but I think they need to be served sizzling hot and I don't want to spend any time in the kitchen during the evening.

It's an evening party so appetisers should be plenty, together with margaritas and mexican beer.

Have found some really cool Mexican party bits online and will be playing South American/salsa type music. Does that sound ok to you lot?
