£15,000 to save
Dear all. I have unexpectedly come into £15000 to save. I won't need it for about 6 months but will then need to be able to access it. I'm very unaccustomed to having any more than I need for day to day living, let alone saving, and have read Martin's article on savings but that seems mainly to be about putting so much…

Buying Greek Government Bonds
I know what your all thinking, don't do it!! But 10Y Greek bonds were selling at a 30%+ coupon yield. I like a bit of a gamble, so was thinking about investing around £500 in said bonds. But does anyone know how I would go about buying these? I have contacted the company I use for share dealings (Share Centre), and also…

Opinions on the NCBS 3.7% FR 3-year Cash ISA?
Noticed in this weeks email, seems interesting, but you can't open an account online and then transfer, you have to apply via the postal system. http://www.ncbs.co.uk/savings/savings/tax-free/5th-issue-fixed-rate-cash-ISA.aspx Are they any good? I don't want to transfer my ISA to them and find it difficult to get back/etc.

Fix my ISA for 2 years and open another?
Hi guys, I currently have 14359.67 in my cash ISA. Now, should I fix this amount for 2 years on a 3.9% Natwest ISA? The 2 year fixed means I cannot actually pay in any additional money and will therefore have to open "another" ISA for this year's allowance. OR, should I go for a lower interest rate like 2.8% but keep ALL…
