Noticed in this weeks email, seems interesting, but you can't open an account online and then transfer, you have to apply via the postal system.

Are they any good? I don't want to transfer my ISA to them and find it difficult to get back/etc.

I have had ISAs with them for several years and I have found their service to be efficient and problem-free.
