Earning money from current accounts.
Hey guys, I have just read an article that talks about the best ways of making money with current accounts. It says you need £2500 first of all. £1500 of that would go into a Santander current account so that interest could be earned on it over the year. After 14 weeks you get paid £100 if it is your only account with…

I closed an account with the Cheshire Building society, writing a letter, and enclosing the passbook and asking for the funds in the account to be put into our bank. I made a moan to the bank ombudsman because the bank dropped the interest on my Euro Tracker account to, I dunno, 0.1% or whatever. My moan to the bank then the ombudsperson was that if it's called a Euro Tracker then it should do what it says, track the Euro bank rate. Her latest reply says [FONT="]When you opened the…

Have advised my daughter to transfer her Santander cash ISA, earning zilch, to a 1 year fixed Natwest ISA, but not put any new cash in. (Just transfer existing ISA.)
