Sharedealing Software & Charting Analysis

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a good reasonably priced software programme with some basic charting bulit in?
I currently use an Excel speadsheet, monitor prices on Google Finance and have a Portfolio on FT.com where I also monitor prices and use their interactive charts. I have just started to look at trends on FT.com and draw some trend lines where I think they should go. Not much into TA but would like to become more involved. I am not looking to become a trader but would like to get a bit more active and catch some of the major moves on my stocks rather than sit back and watch them go up and down like a yo-yo!
Any advice would be appreciated.

You can get a Sharescope trial for free, it's pretty good but Windows OS only.

It's free, and you can set up alerts on your trend lines so if price crosses above / below trend line you get an email to let you know (particularly useful if you have an employer who isn't overly happy with you sitting and watching charts all day!)0 -

Thanks for that, just what I was looking for!
