Leeds BS 12 month bond with access

Just noticed yesterday (22nd Feb) that the Leeds building society have a 12 month fixed rate bond paying 3.35%.
The terms allow you to have access to 25% of your funds prior to the maturity date without penalty.The bond is called 1 year bond with partial access.
I have just invested my cash before I saw this (and only managed to find a 3.25% account) , but I thought the above may be helpful for others on here.
