My girlfriend and I are thinking of speaking with an IFA for tax, pension and investment advice. She's been given a name at Positive Solutions by one of her work colleagues. I can only see 1 reference to them on this forum, and that's back in 2006. Does anyone have any experience of them? Many thanks

Hargreaves Lansdown or Fidelity SIPP?
What are your views on the pros & cons of HL versus Fidelity's SIPP? If I've understood correctly here are my initial findings: I'm referring to funds only to avoid annual charges. Help Please
I am looking to Invest £3000 in a fixed rate bond for a year. But I am unsure which one to use. Bradford & Bingley offer one at a rate of 6.2% which looks ideal, but ICESAVE offers a real competitive rate of 6.73% but Im concerned as their seems to be real mixed reviews. Can anyone help? or advise me? Many Thanks Andy
