Completing tax form R40 to claim tax refund on PPI claim. Am trying to calculate the statutory interest. Would I be correct in thinking that the amount of tax paid will be 20% of the statutory interest?

PPI Reclaim
Hi, Can anyone advise if i can claim for PPI being mis-sold if I had completed the original PPI form myself and via post? It seems that if I had completed the form myself I knew what product i was purchasing and that there is no evidence for mis-selling. Thanks Mark
