Ppi claim not upheld by the Ombudsman
Just received the Financial Ombudsman's decision after a 2 yr 8 month wait! Our claim for the mis selling of PPI from Nationwide was not upheld but have been told we can appeal. Would love to know if anyone has successfully achieved this?

Finding out if you had PPI
I had cards and some fairly high balances with MBNA, Virgin and Halifax between 2004 and 2010. I have called each of them and asked if I had PPI, they all said no. Could they just say no or are they legally obliged to tell you if you did have PPI? Thanks.
