have i accepted a companys help

i contacted a firm to find out more about ppi they want 30%plus vat took normal details and said they would send me a pack and i must sign have i signed up for this service or do i have to sign something in this pack sorry if this sounds silly but i do get confused and worry when on the phone

    Did you do a e-sign document at all ?
    If not and they said sign a hard copy document that will be posted to you then the answer is no you have not agreed for them to deal with PPI refund on your behalf.


    If was by e-sign then yes you have and will need to look at the cancelation process they use if they have one that is.

    If it was over the phone and they are just sending you out the pack to sign you can simply not sign and you won't have engaged them though expect to be hounded by them

    Or post back to cost them money if it is a pre-paid envelope with thanks but no thanks on it.
