Can the deceased (or their representatives) reclaim PPI?
I had an aunt who died aged 82 on 10 February 2011. I was the main beneficiary and executor of her estate. Today I received a letter addressed to my aunt, from CPP about card protection insurance. I'm now wondering if I can claim PPI compensation on her behalf. Are there any lawyers out there with an opinion on this please?
