Morrisons online grocery delivery
Today I used the morrisons grocery delivery service, have to say I was really pleased with it Only had 1 item missing, no subs, colour coded bags, and a really friendly driver. Hopefully they will keep that level of service up. Well done Morrisons.

List of companies that use Yodel
I am fed up of buying goods, paying for delivery to then have it all messed up because that company uses Yodel! I'd like to try compiling a list of companies that use Yodel so I, and anyone else who wants to, can avoid using them. Please add any that you know of, and feel free to share your horror stories! I'll…

Tesco On Line Groceries
OK, I am a single guy in my 40's - But I am probably far too trusting, or should I say was, as far as Tesco on line shopping is concerned. Yesterday I received my usual fortnightly shop, not satisfied with the quality of some of the produce I called them to complain and request a refund. It was at this point I realised…

Am I right or wrong? Ebay problems
Last week I advertised a Wii bundle for sale on ebay. It is bulky and so I said it was pick up only. A person won the bidding for £57.79 and then emailed me to say that could he pay by PayPal and have a courier pick it up? I emailed him back to say yes to PayPal but no for a courier as I could only be home evenings and…

WARNING Tax disc renewal
Hi I am new to this forum. I wanted to let everyone know about my experience renewing my car tax disc online. There are sites that both pretend to be and look like the DVLA website and I have been duped by one of these. The site will charge you money on top of the cost of the Tax disc, in my case £40. The site that I used…

E.on
This is a vent probably more than anything, but for those of you with them, a warning. Company I work for has energy supplied by E.On. Couple of months ago I went through cost analysis process and was moving to new supplier. They obviously contacted E.On to do the necessary and were refused, on the basis that we were…

Praise - The Works
I ordered some of those cheap rubber band looms for the grandkids online from 'The Works'. along with some bands. I ordered them around 2.00pm on Friday and as the whole order came to over £20 got free delivery (or I could have paid for express or next day). The order arrived at 11.05 am Monday! what brilliant service!…

Child Playing Chicken
Outside my house there's a car park. We're a small cul de sac of four houses, and so people don't really come down here other than residents and the occasional visitor, however the car park is very small (6 spaces) so most cars park elsewhere. Until December last year it was hardly used, and so often children would play in…

Fraudulent Paypal QikServe payment
Just wanted to see if this had happened to anyone else. I got an email from paypal about a payment to my account today. I thought it might be a fishing email scam to signed in directly through their website and there was a payment made today for £4.95 to a company called QikServe. A bit of internet searching shows this…

I am very angry with the behaviour of my letting agent and landlord and wondered if anyone here had some advice? Amazon praise
I ordered a few items from Amazon recently, they were from third party sellers. As i'd missed my parcel delivery due to work I went to the Post Office to collect it. The large box the items were packaged in was battered and torn, and subsequently, one of the items, worth around £12, had apparently fallen out and was…
