I want to congratulate EasyJet on their customer services. My mum and myself were flying to Rome airport and my mum needed assisted boarding. The staff at Bristol were outstanding nothing was too much trouble there was no need to tell anyone in Rome airport they were already aware and were outstanding.
Also on the return journey I have to say the colleagues at Rome airport were again outstanding it made our journey painless back to Bristol Airport . In this day and age we always are so quick to complain I just wanted to thank EasyJet for making our trip a great one. :T
