who to complain to?
Hi I'm wondering who I can complain to about a local college and their financial ethics? Bournville college in Birmingham list a myriad of courses on their website which you assume they run and you can enrol on any of them at the click of a button. What they don't tell you is, the course will only run if there are adequate…

So called Free dating sites
I'm fed up with so many dating sites saying that they are free when all that you can do for free is register, set up a profile and browse existingf profiles. Its when you actually try to make a contact you get a price list popping up saying you must be a premium member There is never any indication of how much it actually…

Digestive biscuit vent
I like McVities digestive biscuits, I buy and eat 2 packets a week. I always open them at the end that has the tear off strip and the biscuits are always upside down all the way through the packet to the end. This has just recently happened. It annoys me that I see the backside of the biscuit.

New Pyramid selling company targets students
A new pyramid selling company called Vemma is targeting college and university students. It's an American company that recruit students who take out monthly contracts (usually for £120 a month). They get sent cans of an energy drink called Verve(usually 40 cans). They then get paid to recruit more students (usually £12 for…

Grr, parking :(
I just wanted a small vent after this morning in the car park. I pulled into a tight space, because the car next to me was almost a foot over the line. She then rapped on my window and said I had to pull out because she couldn't get into her car. I informed her that she was over the line, but she said the person in my…

I was charged incorrectly by vodaphone many years ago and it was sorted... or so I thought https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3356998 They have now sent me a letter asking for payment and say they have no record of any correspondence at all. match.com
Hi, I'm sure there have been plenty of threads about match.com but I wanted to ask some advice and potentially provide a warning to stay away from the site. I joined match.com after a few recommendations from different people who said they met their partner there. I paid for the 3 month membership and started to search for…

Parking Eye does not fine bad parkers
The Aldi near me there are two areas of the car park which are not parking spots, but always get someone parking in them. Thus causes about three cars in total to be blocked in. If these innocent drivers cannot get out and it passes the 1.5 hour time limit, fine is issues to them. I think its time for PE to fine these…

New Aldi in Chesterfield - you'd think no one had shopped or parked before
Called into the new Aldi that's been open for about a week. Between ignorant staff (at 3pm) running around with pallet trucks without concern for customers and dumping pallets wherever they could, and even more ignorant customers who just didn't seem to understand the idea of MOVING through the store, it was a real…

valuebasket misrepresentation
Made a purchase with valuebasket. The site shows a UK phone number and, twice on the homepage a picture of a lorry next to the words "free shipping". So you're led to think that delivery will be from the UK. However when you look more closely you see that: "Delivery Times With our Free Delivery service, orders are…

i-store-online.com - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
If anyone is contemplating using this website - save yourself a load of hassle and walk on by. I won't detail the whole sorry saga, but suffice to say they sent the wrong item (German spec rather than UK), only sent one (two, ordered), and have spent months, initially denying they did either of the above, then insisting…
