Parking Eye does not fine bad parkers

The Aldi near me there are two areas of the car park which are not parking spots, but always get someone parking in them.
Thus causes about three cars in total to be blocked in. If these innocent drivers cannot get out and it passes the 1.5 hour time limit, fine is issues to them.
I think its time for PE to fine these ignorant drivers for not parking in a bay.
This is why I refuse to drive to that Aldi and rather go to one of the other 3 stores in 5 miles as their car parks are huge.
If an innocent driver gets fined because gone over the limit, can they dispute the fine due to a stupid driver not parking correctly?

Parking Eye don't fine you - only an official body can do that. They issue you an invoice. Check the Parking forum for lots of info about this shower and how to deal with their invoices.
Ignorant parking is...just that, ignorant.
Tommy Cooper put it well. You know, somebody actually complimented me on my driving today. They left a little note on the windscreen, it said 'Parking Fine.' So that was nice.0 -

Unfortunately there will always be a few ignorant people to try our patience.
However, if you ever experience any trouble at Aldi, I suggest you first have a quiet word with the manager. The 3 Aldi stores around here don't allow any nonsense. They all run their stores with a military like discipline
Park only in the designated bays.
Leave your basket at the start of the conveyor
Lean your bottles over on the conveyor
Do not put plants on the conveyor - leave them in the trolley.
Place the trolley by the till in the correct loading position.
Do not attempt to pack your trolley load of goods into bags at the till - place the goods in the trolley and pack them in the designated packing area after paying. etc, etc, etc.
I even know of one employee who was pulled into the office and told to stand closer to his razor in future during ablution if he wanted to carry on working there!
Their shop, their rules - if you don't like it, you're barred!
(Don't confuse it with Lidl, where it appears chavs are made most welcome)0 -

You can always dispute for other peoples parking but it will always fail. PE will reject it out of hand (they want the money) and POPLA will reject it as they don't accept mitigation.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
