If anyone is contemplating using this website - save yourself a load of hassle and walk on by.
I won't detail the whole sorry saga, but suffice to say they sent the wrong item (German spec rather than UK), only sent one (two, ordered), and have spent months, initially denying they did either of the above, then insisting both were sent, and finally procrastinating over getting proof of failure to deliver and refunds.
They claim to have a warehouse in Milton Keynes, but everything seems to be sent from Berlin, and takes weeks. They insisted that I sent the wrong item back to Berlin at my expense. I don't think so.
All their customer service is dealt with from Thailand, and is bureaucratic beyond belief. They continually close down complaint threads before they have addressed them properly.
They finally claimed that as this is a site primarily aimed at the German market (though it does not say this anywhere on the site) you should expect German spec items.
I am still, 3 months on, arguing with them for a refund.
Don't make my mistake. Don't use them.
