A few times recently I've picked things off the shelf in Tesco and when I've gone to pay for them, they have been a lot more expensive than I thought. Twice with Lemsip - shelf price saying £1.76 or so, get to the till and they are over £3. When I queried it they said the price on the shelf is for the capsules and I've got…

Parcelforce - small claims court advice wanted
I've recently taken Parcelforce to court to try and get compensation for a damaged parcel. The basic situation is that PF took over two months to deliver it and when it arrived it was trashed to bits. They refused my refund claim due to their T&Cs stating all claims must be made within 30 days of posting! Obviously this…

Rights to refund?
About 10 days ago I bought a gift, a set of mp3 headphones, from an electronics retailer. I went in there asking them for a set of quality headphones for a DJ. They told me to get the CX500 model as it was top of the range. So I did. The recipient of the gift was a DJ who very apologetically told me that the sound quality…
