quite annoyed.
I phoned THREE communications and it took them several minutes to answer my call. I told them in no uncertain terms that I was dissapointed and i feel they should apologise. Imagine my surprise when he said "im sorry for making you wait, we are busy today, how can I help you?"

Oh yea...well I wrote to Sir Terry Leahy who sent me £500 voucher to use in any Tesco. I also stated that SOGA exisits and customer services and said vote with your feet and everything and then and then I said 'yea well i dont have to have a reciept' and he didnt email me.
