Hi All
I am posting this on behalf of my brother (He is no internet savvy)
He went to his local Lidl store (Leeds) and got all his usual stock of beer and crisps on his way out his bag split (His own load to many bottles in his cheap lightweight bag) which resulted in the bad full of bottles smashing on the floor.
The store manager was outside smoking at the time and immediately offered to replace the beer and gave him several free stronger bags for all his other stuff.
This is not a major thing but he did appreciate the kindness of the manager
