HSBC customer service
I very rarely go into my local branch to talk about anything, but every time I do I am greeted by very friendly and polite staff. Today I felt more like a fellow staff member or friend when I went in to discuss my overdraft limit. I have always found the call centre staff to be very good too. :T

B&Q Shocking Service
We ordered a new kitchen on 15th Jan in the half price sale - told it would be picked from stock and delivered within 2 weeks. 4 weeks later no kitchen - so I phoned up and scheduled a delivery the following Friday - somebody would ring back to confirm it that day. Never did, so I went over (40 mile round trip) to sort it…

Flipping Trainline
Just booked tickets to Newcastle on thetrainline, paid for them then realised that I might have booked to the wrong Newcastle (i.e. Under Lyme as opposed to Upon Tyne), so rang their so-called "customer services" team and tried to explain the situation to the gentlemen in what I believe is an Indian call centre. Firstly he…

Somerfield managers attitude
Hi Last weekend I went to my local for my normal saturday afternoon refreshment. I drive for a living so I really look forward to my saturday 'down time' with only my crosswords to occupy me. After I had my customary 2 pints I then went to my local Somerfields as usual to buy a bottle of wine for the evening. I got the…
