Walkers Customer Services

I sent a letter to Walkers after I had 3 "oil soaked" crisps in 3 seperate packets in a row (i must add it was on separate days, i didnt just scoff them all in 1 day!) saying did they realise there was a problem, and I recieved in the post this morning £5 worth of vouchers for more crisps (heaven help the waist line.) and a nice letter saying how they have contacted the production line to make sure they were aware the problem had occured.

Excellent customer service for such a minor thing as 1 crisp wrong out of a packet!
