I very rarely go into my local branch to talk about anything, but every time I do I am greeted by very friendly and polite staff. Today I felt more like a fellow staff member or friend when I went in to discuss my overdraft limit. I have always found the call centre staff to be very good too. :T

    I have nothing good to say about HSBC staff, they have always been rude and very unhelpful

    I've been with them 7 years and have never experienced any rudeness or unhelpfulness. :confused:
