I orderd a USB stick from Amazon. I got a confirmation e mail from them and it arrived. However, they have taken 2 payments from my credit card, alleging I ordered it twice in the same day(?)
Everytime I e mail them, I get an automated response back telling me how to return the product that didn't even arrive. When I reply, I get a message saying I have replied to an e mail that doesn't accept replies!
Any ideas??

In my experience Amazon customer service is first class when dealing with problems, I hope they sort it out for you0

Just phone your credit card company. Tell them that there is a duplicate transaction and ask them to reverse one of them.
Witha customer not present transaction, the onus is on the retailer to show that you have approved the transaction.[size=-2] If this post was unhelpful, please tell me.

Hi Flyer
I've just sent you a pm but may as well put the info here too;
I got the free Amazon number from https://www.SAYNOTO0870.COM. Just type in the name of the company to see if they have an alternative 0800 number.0 -
Like others have said, I have found Amazon CS to be probably the best around whenever there is a problem.
However if you have no luck with them, just call you CC company (as others have already said). They will sort out the problem if Amazon don't."An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind" - Mahatma Gandhi0 -
I had a very good experience with them as well. It was very easy to return a non working item within a month. I only had good experiences with online stores. It's the highstreet ones that challenged my patience0

at the beginning of february my husband took out a car breakdown cover with More Than and paid with credit card..last week on receipt of his credit card bill he was astonished to see that they had taken the payment out 5 times. on calling the cc company they said to take it up with More Than first but if they refuse to refund then to call them back.. now after a week of continuous calls to foreign staff at More Than and trying to get them to understand they have said it will be refunded in 5 working days.. THIS was all done over the telephone so cannot be blamed on someones trigger happy finger on the net. so a warning to all to always carefully check your cc bills.0
