Heres the situation regarding the recent and upcoming price rises - If your provider increases the price of your package whilst in contract term you have the right to cancel without penalty. Or - You can haggle (highly advisable) , leave, switch or just dump completely. Thats it really.

BT & Bereavement
This is similar to other threads, but not identical. The stock answer to this query will be "phone the BT bereavement line". However, I want to sound out the expertise here before I do (I'm investigating for a close relative [not me]):- A BT account holder I knew has died. The surviving spouse doesn't want to lose the…

Virgin media cabling on party wall
Virgin media have put in a new box on what they say is the party dividing wall. It is 8.5" wide. I say they have put it on my side of the boundary line and drilled through to neighbours house. Vigin Media insist that a party wall does not belong to either or me or my neighbour so they can put it anywhere they want on this…

Virgin mobile help?
Have to say I am well and truly disgusted with the service I have received from Virgin today. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade and have now had enough. expensive calls
I used the 08430 150 150 (Cheap Calls) to call my friend on his Mexico landline from my BT landline. The moneysavingexpert.com website says the charge is 0.51p a minute. I was charged £5 for 47 minutes of conversation - that is nearly 11p a minute. Dishonest or a mistake? You be the judge. Beware of using Cheap Calls. And…
