By offering inclusive calls to 0845 and/or 0870 numbers they allow callers to run up Service Charges vastly in excess of the package price. While they continue to offer these deals, prices will have to go up and up. Taken to its logical conclusion, if everyone used the full allowance, everyone would have to pay more than £100 per month.0

So what are my options if I don't want to pay the extra? Downgrade? Is it worth ringing Virgin to haggle? We are QPR, say we are QPR!0

Yes always
Looked at my package, on the site for Broadband L (50mb) and Talk Weekend = £34.49
Viewing my bill it's £24.49 until May 2016:Promotional offer(s)
You'Re Receiving A £10 Loyalty Discount. If You Change Your Package You May Lose This Discount Which Will End 28-MAY-16
Makes me wonder if I can get it better.0 -

Okay, I have not received any letter about this???
I have XL TV and have no interest in sport.
Didn't even know I had BT Sport!!0 -
Its not £3 for BT sport - its a price increase which now includes an additional BT Sport channel.
If you read the tabloids its a charge for having BT sport, but fundamentally its a package price increase.
As for haggling, yes I have done so for the last 6 years, I am paying less than I did two years ago this year. A saving of around 23% of normal package price this year.0
