Having read about 18866 i want to use it but rather than rely on dialling the code or remembering to press a speed dial number i want to plug a smart box into the line. Take Care When Dialling 18866 Manually
If you should dial the DQ no 118866 by mistake instead of 18866 ,its now a premium rate DQ service run by Ring True Solutions. There is a whopping £1.50 connection charge, and calls cost 30p a minute. So if you dial it and put the phone down pronto when they answer,it costs you £1.50p.(Which of course will purchase you 75 uk…

I keep getting calls on my NTL line from 011122. The phone is silent when we pick it up. I am already registered with the telephone & fax preference service. NTL seem clueless and keep referring me to different departments who contradict each other. Has anyone else had calls from this number?

Are all 0800 completely free from a landline ?
Saw an ad for a Free Remortgaging Guide in the Business section (p2) of the Sunday Times. Phone no. is 0800 389 8882 but it states below it "charged at national rates" What's going on ? I thought all 0800 numbers were free. BTW , if you want one quote TTG1206. I don't mind paying 5p for the privilige, but was just curious.
