Annoying calls advice needed - NTL

I keep getting calls on my NTL line from 011122. The phone is silent when we pick it up. I am already registered with the telephone & fax preference service. NTL seem clueless and keep referring me to different departments who contradict each other.
Has anyone else had calls from this number?
