Lo ,Need help,Is there a way to stop blocking caller's who's number does not come on 1471,I know Bt charge's £12, are there any free alternative's

It seems very unlikely that anyone but your provider can do this.
But surely some calls you do wish to receive will also be blocked? Many companies buy their phone usage independently of BT and do not have their ID sent. Also incoming calls from abroad rarely have ID detail0
