Orchid dialler - cwclient problem

Anyone having trouble connecting to the Orchid server tonight? Got my dialler yesterday & am trying to log in & do my routing table, but I can't connect to the server. A quick Google suggested pointing your web browser at the server, if it displays gibberish then it's working, I tried it & get "Server Application Error".
Just wondered if anyone else using this software could give it a try...?
Thanks

I was also having trouble yesterday evening. Seems to be working fine now.
Hopefully, you have found this out for yourself. If you are still having problems, let me know and I will do my best to assist:)0 -
It's now down again. Is this planned maintenance or what?0

looks like the hop between the Zen pipes and the Orchid server may be causing the problem.

Youreds - don't know if this is your challenge too...
Been trying like you to connect for a day or two - finally checked the web server address was correct in the CW Client, it wasn't - now I've set it to the recommended... http://82.68.122.157/ and it's working great.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. That may have been your problem but the CWClient wasn't able to connect to their server as it was down and has been since Friday. I rang them this morning and they said they are doing their best to get it up and running and they hope to have it working later today. Having just tried it again now, its working fine again.0

Finally updated mine now too, took a few tries as the phone home number was engaged. Germany for 3p, loving it.

Couldn't connect to the server tonight, guess it is out of service again? Did a traceroute and I'm getting final destination host unreachable.0

Seems to be down more than it's up.
Hope they get the problem sorted soon. This was one of my concerns when I bought the dialler.
As a matter of interest, if the CW client is down, does that mean you are also wasting your time trying to get the dialler to dial home?0 -

I'm not sure if dialling-in is possible if the server for CW Client is down but I can imagine you couldn't also dial-in (force home) either.0
