When buying the dialler I did not think the servers would be down all the time.0

I will give a try a bit later on, thanks for your help bbb. I have been in contact with Orchid but they saying it must be something on my side, but if your having problems connecting to it must be them with an intermittent fault.0

I discovered by chance the other day that the ever-helpful Richard has left Orchid. I wonder if this has anything to do with these problems?0

I still cannot connect can someone tell me what I am doing wrong:
I have disabled Norton Firewall.
I have changed the IP address in settings to 82.68.122.157
I have opened port 80 inbound and outbound (TCP & UDP) on my broadband router (I have even tried it without the router).
Type in my username and password, still gets stuck on "Retreiving server details"
and if it is not this message it is something else like "Retreiving dialler details".

I assume you already have Windows firewall disabled as well Norton's?
Load up the CW Client, then settings and ensure you have Host as http://82.68.122.157/ and Web Servers as Dial/CWServer.dll/.
I'm not sure what port they use (80, etc) so if you allow all ports for your router for the time being or disable it again.
At time of writing (2pm) it is still working.0 -
I can now log in fine but when I try to change my routing table it just hangs.0
