Orchid dialler - cwclient problem

Hi,

I just received my dialler today and have been trying to access the routing table but I am having no luck keeps getting stuck on "Retreiving server details".

Is the server down or do I have a problem on my side?

At the time of writing this, it is working but they have had problems recently.

I have got in and past this message by pressing the cancel button bt I have to wait about 10mins before I can. But when I do get in everything else is slow.

Just tried again. It's down. Not connecting now but was before. I'm guessing an intermittent problem.

I have been trying to connect since 10.30am and still have not managed too, I have disabled the firewall aswell just to make sure.

At the moment I have got the box saying the same thing but now has Receiving data...2673 bytes of 4056 bytes and it has paused there.

Not working now, just when I need to reprogram my mobile code, now that Dialwise have stopped the 4ppm rate :mad:

I have been trying all day to get it working, just tried it now and still no luck!

I am getting really frustrated now.

IME if it's down outside working hours, it stays down until they can get in & fix it. Maybe later today.
