    I asked MSE Andrea if she could get in touch with Orchid a 2/3 weeks ago when there were problems but then it seemed to sort itself out so can you let me know if you feel there is a need again and I'll get in touch with the MSE office to do this officially.

    Thanks ;)

    That would be great if you can get in touch with Orchid and let them know the problems people are having.

    I might ask Orchid to program my dialler for me because of all the problems I am having.

    I don't know if there is a need just yet to do this officially.

    Going by problems reported on this thread and this one it appears for the last 2 days they've had intermittent problems before that though it was ok until, like you said, 3/4 weeks ago when it was down.

    In my opinion, I would say if it continues over the next few days then go down the official route.

    UPDATE: I've just rung them and they weren't aware of any problems with their server. It could be sheer volume of traffic I was told but she will pass it on to the tech people to look into.

    At time of this update (3.55pm) I couldn't connect again.
  • I have just updated my routing table to get rid of Dialwise and everything seems ok now

    Just tried and I can now. I wonder if it is due to sheer volume of traffic trying to access it then?
  • its probably everyone getting rid of Diallwise

    I can log in but cannot get access to my routing table;

    1. I am loggin in
    2. Searching for product 11 which brings it up, double click on it
    3. Select CHANGE at the bottom and then freezes there

    Is that right if I just want to view or edit my table?
  • sometimes if you log in with your serial No. it will work
    when using the product or model doesnt
