Orchid dialler - cwclient problem

When I talked to them (a nice person named Maggie) I got the impression they access it same way as us but have more rights than us.

Creating a new table doesn't really involve them having to access another existing table. Did you ask them could they access your existing routing table.

When I spoke with Maggie she was unable to access my routing table either which meant the problem was not with my computer. She then arranged to create another routing table for me and set it up the way I had it before. I declined the setting-up bit as I have no problems doing that myself.

I have asked them to set it up for me because I cannot access it and they say it has been done, but I will get in contact with them tomorrow to see if they can access it the same way we do it.

The other thing is when I dial a national number it does not work with the dialler but local numbers do?

Then your routing table isn't setup right.

You should have 01 - National 'A' and 02 - National 'A' setup to route any national calls as well as your already setup local calls.

I will have to get in touch with Orchid tomorrow and sort this problem out because it has really been going on for too long now, otherwise I will have to send the dialler back for a refund.
