Mr D
I have just received a decision that popla are refusing my mitigating circumstances and have to pay euro car parks. I’m currently in a long running DMP with very little spare income. Will ECP and or Debt recovery companies look into this before deciding whether to take me to court. Or will they simply take me to court?

Barton v Wright Hassall
Important Judgment from the Supreme Court today - funnily enough involving Wright Hassall. Sadly the Claimant (a litigant in person) lost.
