Parking in my own parking bay

I live in a private block of flats with a designated parking bay. The management company have employed a private firm to manage parking because of issues arising from parents using residents bays when dropping of children at a school next door. The firm is a member of a trade association and there are signs stating terms and conditions. One of the conditions is that parking permits must be displayed on windscreens, however on 2 occasions they were not and subsequently I have received 2 x £100 parking charges. I did write to the firm explaining the circumstances but the appeal was turned. down. What are my options.

Who is the parking company?
Are you able to paste the text of your appeals here?
Have you access to your tenancy agreement or lease - whichever is appropriate?
What does that say about parking permits?0 -
Same as all the others like it!
Appeal to POPLA if a BPA firm, or ignore them if an IPC firm.
Simple, as long as no court claim arrives that's all you need to do. Apart from the complaints!!
If POPLA is an option (don't tell us about IAS, we aren't interested, nor are you!) using the usual templates you found when you firstly read 'NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST'.
Everything is covered there, except I encourage you to read all the zillions of other residential PCN threads and learn what the MPs in Parliament said about these 'scams' (Hansard, 2.2.18).
Start your fightback here. When you read other residential PCN threads, start with those by:
Daniel san
and
hairray
as mentioned too many times to recall, but you'll see at least one of them linked in the NEWBIES thread, also in the thread by TBR1 only weeks ago. One of HUNDREDS like yours.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
