Lets Get Creative and Have Some Fun!

So whilst at work today I receive a unsolicited call from "Creative Parking" asking whether we have any issues with unauthorised parking on our site. We don't, other than the odd chancer, but I could not resist the opportunity to have a bit of fun and string this puke along. I listen "attentively" to his garbage spiel and gratefully accept his offer of a site visit to discuss potential options.
Shortly after the call has ended I was surprised to receive an email from "Parksolve" with a link to a very pretty website claiming to be BPA members and claiming to "manage" a number of NHS sites. My intrigue now gets the better of me and I am surprised to discover that neither "Parksolve" or "Creative" are listed as BPA members. I quickly then discover the link between them and the delightful CEL.
Awesome. So I have an "appointment" booked with their "NHS Partnership Manager" early March. I plan to give him a small window of opportunity to deliver his sales garbage and then tear him apart with as many awkward questions as I can stomach.
And so my reason for posting is (after being an avid follower of this forum for over a year now and helping various friends and family to 16 victories (0 losses) as a direct result of all the fantastic information and advice available on here) I would love to give you all the opportunity to join in the fun.
Without further ado what would you like me to ask him? I'll fire as many responses at him as possible and do a write up once I have sent him on his merry way.

One of the bigger BPA member companies run and owned by QA Nominees. This in turn is reported as controlled by Graham Cowan who has over 1000 Directorships. Who really has control of Civil Enforcement is in some doubt.

Unfortunately, somebody at CEL might find this thread and decide to cancel the meeting.
In other news, according to Companies House, Parksolve Ltd was dormant as at 31st March 2017:-
