I would want to see a contract and find out what is so "commercially sensitive."

I would also want to find out about landowner cancellations, how much they are going to pay me, planning and advertising consent, what the signs look like, their proposed height and font size, and planning and advertising consent.
The appeals process, especially ADR which must be available for not less than one year.

You would need to get a copy of the contract before you asked too many of the other questions though. ;)
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

simply asking for parksolves company number , for it to be checked with "accounts" who will have to get conformation from BPA , as OPs company are "sqeeky clean"

Why the assumption by you (and Castle) that the individual(s) the OP was in communication with was referring to limited companies. It is quite possible these businesses could be trading styles of CEL or even third party sole trader 'business finders'.

And by the way QA Nominees are nothing more than formation agents.

Well, hopefully the OP can check their "Parksolve" email and confirm that it complies with regulations 24 and 25 of the business names and trading disclosures regulations:-

Ask them what they intend to do to get round Sir Gregg's Bill and post their reply on here.
