I would want to see a contract and find out what is so "commercially sensitive."
I would also want to find out about landowner cancellations, how much they are going to pay me, planning and advertising consent, what the signs look like, their proposed height and font size, and planning and advertising consent.
The appeals process, especially ADR which must be available for not less than one year.
You would need to get a copy of the contract before you asked too many of the other questions though.
