Do I need Power of attorney to appeal a parking ticket in someone elses name?
I have tried researching this but have come across nothing as of yet. If I want to appeal a parking ticket received by someone such as my mum or a friend, is it enough for them to simply consent in one way or another for me to do such a thing, or will I need to be given power of attorney over the matter?
