Old Parking Eye PCNs - Moved House - What to do

I receied two pcns fron parking eye in 2011-2, which I ignored, following the advice at the time. I received a LBA for one, which I replied to using Lazy Daisy's template and heard no more.
We moved house 2 1/2 years ago so it is not longer possible have mail redirected. I am now concerned that they may sue and the first I know of it is a CCJ messing up a remortgage.
Should I:-
Incidently they were both on the Bevis site.

Should I:-
- Do nothing and hope
- Send PE a change of address -- referencing the tickets or not
- Regularly search CCJs and do a set aside if I find one?

You have a dilemma. Will writing to them now poke a stick into the hornets' nest or, to mix metaphors, do you let sleeping dogs lie?
Generally we advise informing change of address details, but as PE are quick off the mark to issue court proceedings, if you've had nothing yet, it could be assumed nothing further will happen.
But there's very little predictable in the world of private parking and whatever advice we give here in good faith (especially in this particular case of dilemma) could so easily blow up in our/your face.
Your proposal to regularly check your credit file is definitely good practice - have you checked it now to ensure there is no existing CCJ?
Do you have contact with the current occupiers of your previous property? One thing you could do - if they are willing - is to supply them with a good supply of Avery sticky labels, pre-printed with 'Please re-deliver to xxxxxxxxxx - addressee's current address'. Ask them if they would stick a label on any of your post they receive and pop into a post box from time to time. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Did you update your dvla address?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

however , as the law stands at the moment PE can only access the DVLA database once , they have already done this , so cannot use the DVLA access to find the OP now
as equita (the tracing company) is also a crapita family member , they could use their expertize , but they would receive more money by going for a default.Save a Rachael

It's about time that the small claim judges started to ask questions as to what further checks these companies have completed to confirm the correct address. If a case is 4 years old and there has been no responce from the defendant and its shown that no checks have been made to verify correct address (other than dvla years ealier), then the judge needs to start asking some very pertinent questions prior to issuing a ccj by default.0 -
if there is no reply from the defendant within 14 days , NO JUDGE SEES THE CASE , its an automated default by the PPCSave a Rachael

AFAIAA I don't think any judge is involved in anything face-to-face. Fail to acknowledge service and everything is thereafter automated through to a CCJ by Northampton Bulk Handling Centre. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Why not send this query to Theresa May and Sir Oliver Heald, as suggested in this thread, seeing as the Government are looking to be waking up to this scam. Ask them why it is fair that you have such a threat hanging over you, which could affect your credit:

Practically, you can do regular 'soft' credit checks that leave no marker I think, as explained on MSE somewhere.
