Lentils in the slow cooker
Hi all I'm planning on making a sausage and red lentil casserole. The lentils I have don't require soaking. Am I ok just adding the lentils unboiled at the start of cooking or would I be better boiling them first? The slow cooker will be on for about 5 hours I think, so is that length of time ok for them to cook?
