os sweets/candy recipes please

ive made fudge and covered brazils with choc but was wondering if anyone would like to share the treats and recipes for homemade sweets, candy and truffles please thankyou.

    really easy treats!
    choc covered cherries - maraschino cherries (usually in jars and located with the spirits in supermarkets) covered in melted dark chocolate........mmmmmmm
    dates -split, destoned and filled with marzipan (the real stuff but you can use the block marzipan if you like it) you can dip these in chocolate too!
    grown up rice krispies sweets - rice krispies, dried fruit soaked in rum or a nice liquer, some chopped up marshmallows or nuts (or both) are mixed with melted chocolate and teaspoons of which are put onto greaseproof or baking paper and set.
