Royal shortcrust pastry recipe help

Does anyone here know/have a recipe for royal shortcrust pastry?

I believe it is terribly yummy and includes icing sugar and corn flour among other things....

Any help appreciated.

I think I made that at school once, but it was called Rose Crust by my cookery teacher. I'd love the recipe too if anyone knows it?!

I've never heard of this pastry, sorry. When I want to make a sweet, enriched pastry, escpecially for mince pies :DI use one similar to this. It was given to me by MIL and uses icing sugar.

    Rose Crust Pastry

    225 g Plain Flour

    85g Cornflour

    85g Icing Sugar

    225g Margarine

    1 Egg

    Cream fat & sugar.
    Stir in flour & cornflour.
    Bind with an egg.
Leave to rest in fridge for 20 mins.
Roll out using lots of flour.
Bake at 180C for 10-12mins until pastry is only just firm & slightly golden crust, do not overcook.
