Roast Pork! Help please lol
hiya, got a boneless joint of pork cooking in the oven but it's the first time I've ever cooked a joint of pork... I've put it in a glass roasting dish with foil wrapped round the meaty part to catch the juice, and scored and salted the fat to get crackling. Is the juice from the meat safe to use for the gravy? Also how do…

I can't eat all of it, so is there anything creative I can do with it? If not, then what can I use it up in? Has anyone made bread & butter pudding with granary…

I don't have a casserole dish or anything with a lid, the only thing I…

Hello there, I was watching How clean is your house, and Kim and Aggie were cleaning the glass on the oven door with Bicarb of Soda and washing up liquid. They made it into a paste and put it on the glass, left it for a little while, and then scraped it off with a hob scraper. Ive never heard of one of these before, anyone…

I have tried…

Luxury canap!s etc on a budget!

Morning all, I have a stainless steel sink which is only about 3 years old. I clean the draining board with white vinegar which always brings it up nice and shiny. The bowl however is always dull. I give it the occasional bleach to stop the drain from smelling. Is there anything I can use to make this shiny again? I…
