Cadbury Flake Recipe - old recipe needed

Hi all
I remember from when I was a child the small recipe cards that came with the mini flakes that Cadbury made.

Does anyone have the card/recipe with pics that they could scan in for me that shows the little house that has the mini flakes for its roof? Or do you know where I can get it from on the net?

I have tried contacting Cadbury's but they are unable to pass this on to me

I really want to make this cake for my parents as a surprise and to bring back the old memories.....and to show off to my other half!!!

THanks for any help......just spent a lovely afternoon seaching through this site and it's great!
