Please help with nasty smell
My poor elderly mother had a little accident [didn't get to loo in time] and her new slippers got soaked !! I put them through a long cycle in the machine but they still smell awful .Any ideas anyone on how to freshen them up or should I just bin them ?

Not having a grill and Cheese on toast
Both my oven and George Foreman need replacing. Due to the smallness and lack of worktop space in my kitchen I need an oven with a lid. Wool Mat Nitemare!

HM Cut Flower Food?
I have had good success with this years flower cutting patch, but when in the vase I would like to add 'plant food' - like you would if you bought a bunch of flowers. Any thoughts on how to make a general purpose cut flower food...? (I'm sure I read something once about vinegar...and something else....but what?)

I couldn't help myself! They were reduced something stupid at Mr T and so I bought 3 tins... *sigh* problem is I haven't the foggiest idea about what to do with them...
