What can I do with green tomatoes (NOT chutney)?
I get gorgeous tomatoes on the vine in my organic veggie box, the flavour is divine. However when I get say 4 tomatoes 1 of them is often green. After a week in the fridge it's still green......how can I get them to ripen? Or alternatively, what can I do with a few green tomatoes (not really enough to make a chutney).

Hi I treated myself to a muffin tin and some muffin cases this morning. My question is can you freeze muffins and then just defrost as needed in the microwave?
