Freezing fish
i got some fresh plaice from Morrisons in those sealed packsmthier own fishmongers,bought this in November,defrosted today,is it still ok to eat,nothing to show the usage date on the packaging. What happens if you put stuff in freezer and you dont cover the item properly,is it still safe to eat? appreciate comments

Rock hard bread
I've a fair bit of rock hard bread here (was meaning to do a b&b pud) Some of it's sliced - some of it isn't (and I'm sure I couldn't slice it as is!!) There are no signs of mold - and it really is rock hard. Can I use it? Any ideas what for? Cheers Kaz x

What is the best way to remove candle wax?
Happy New Year to everyone:j Can anyone tell me how to remove candle wax from candle burners? I would like to re-use the little ceramic pots that I had candles in as I am going to make some gel air fresheners and they are perfect little pots.
